The 3 Steps That Changed My Health Forever (No Crazy Diets. No 100 Pills.)
I’m not on some quest to live forever. In fact, I’m looking forward to the day I get to leave this earth, because I know where I’m headed. But until that day comes, I want to feel great, move well, and be present with my wife and my four kids—without pain, without fatigue, and without the fog that used to cloud my mind.
This week I dropped a video that’s close to my heart. It’s not a “how to become a biohacking billionaire” guide. It’s a normal guy’s blueprint for aging in reverse. And it’s working.

🔬 STEP ONE: Get Your Blood Work Done (This Is the Foundation)
I didn’t get my blood work done until I was 34. That’s embarrassing to admit, but it’s real. Since then, it’s been the most impactful health move I’ve made.
Blood work is like a snapshot of what’s going on inside your body right now. It tells the truth. And if you’re serious about optimizing your health—whether you're 22 or 72—it’s where you need to start.

I go on cruises/trips where food options are limited. But I do my best to make small, wise swaps. Ask for butter instead of canola oil. Skip the bread. Bring your own salt.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be aware. That awareness builds momentum.
🔄 Lifestyle Changes That Changed My Life
I cold plunge, sauna, and ground regularly.
I avoid toxic people and stressful situations like the plague.
I move often, sleep deep, and protect my peace.
I stopped responding to texts that drain me.
I prioritize relationships that lift me up.
And honestly? I feel younger than I did a decade ago.
My biological age (per testing) has gone from 36 to 27. Not because I’m chasing aesthetics—but because I want to be functionally free. I want to backflip in the yard with my kids. And I can.
